If you choose to use the Service as a user or member, your relationship with EuroGolf is limited to be an independent third party. By making a booking through the Service, you are contracted directly with the golf club and you are aware of and confirm that EuroGolf is not responsible for providing tee times or other obligations arising out of the agreement between you and the golf club. EuroGolf is not and does not become a party to any contractual relationship between users and golf clubs
While we can help resolve certain disputes, EuroGolf has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, descriptions and/or rating of the golf club
The service may contain links to third party websites/services. Such third-party services may be subject to different terms and conditions of privacy. EuroGolf is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services
EuroGolf can not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability for the Service. The service is provided without warranties regarding availability, quality and reliability
If you choose to use the Service or the content, you do so at your own risk. The service and its content are provided “as is” without warranty, either expressed or implied.
Eligibility and Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and be able to enter into legally binding contracts to access and use the Service or register a EuroGolf account. By using the Service, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and are entitled to enter into agreements.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and other obligations that may apply to your use of the Service.
Changes to the Terms
EuroGolf reserves the right to change these Terms at any time in accordance with this regulation. If we change these Terms, we will add the revised Terms and update the date “Last updated” at the top of these Payment Terms. We also notify you of the changes by email at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of their entry into force. If you do not agree with the revised Terms you can terminate this agreement with immediate effect by contacting us. If you do not terminate your agreement prior to the date on which the revised terms become effective, your continued access to or use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
User account and registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account with us. You can register an account using your name, email address and password, more information can be found on our website or in the app. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration and keep your account and information updated all the time.
Your user account is personal, and you may not transfer it to anyone else or allow anyone else to use the Service through your user account. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account and may not disclose any information to any third party. You must immediately notify EuroGolf if you know or have reason to suspect that your information has been stolen or abused or if you suspect unauthorized use of your EuroGolf account.
You may not use, copy, modify, license, sell, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you implicitly or otherwise by intellectual property rights owned or controlled by EuroGolf or its licensor.
Provided you agree with these terms, EuroGolf gives you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to (i) download and use the application on your personal device; and (ii) ) access and display all content available on or through the Service available to you for your personal and non-commercial use only.
EuroGolf may charge a fee when booking tee times through the Service. Any booking fees are included in the price presented at time of booking. You agree to pay the total fees for any booking requested in connection with your reservation. EuroGolf reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
Once you have received a booking confirmation from EuroGolf, a legally binding agreement is established between you and the golf club, with reservation to any additional terms that apply to the golf club, including special cancellation or restrictions.
Cancellation of reserved tee time
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, you can cancel a confirmed reservation up to 7 days before the tee time. If it is less than 7 days between the booking and the booked play time or the golf club does not offer cancellation (stated at time of booking), cancellation is not offered. EuroGolf will refund the total cancellation charges in accordance with the cancellation policy.
If a golf club cancel a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund of the total fees for such booking within a reasonable time after cancellation.
In some circumstances, EuroGolf may decide, at its discretion, that it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking and refund the total booking fees. This may be due to good faith while taking into account the legitimate interests of both parties, considers it necessary to avoid significant damage to EuroGolf, other members, third parties or any other reason stated in these terms.
Termination of Contract
You can terminate this agreement at any time by sending an email to us. If you cancel your EuroGolf account, all confirmed bookings will automatically be cancelled, and any refund depends on the terms of the cancellation policy for each booking.
EuroGolf may immediately terminate this agreement and/or cease access to the Service if (i) you have substantially violated your obligations under these terms, terms of payment, our policies or standards; (ii) You have violated applicable laws, ordinances or third party rights, or (iii) believe that such action is reasonably necessary to protect the personal security or property of OnTee, its members or third parties.
